Our story

Curbana was built from a simple observation.
The most admired homes in every neighbourhood share something in common. Not the architecture. Not the size. Not the address. Care.
The lawn is always precise. The windows never film over. The driveway never darkens with age. These are properties that are looked after consistently, thoughtfully, and to a standard that holds visit after visit.
When we looked at the exterior home care industry in Vancouver, we found a category defined by price points, one-time transactions, and a race toward whoever charges least. Professional, yes. But not premium. Not the kind of partner those homes deserved.
Curbana was created to close that gap. To bring to exterior property care the same standard a great hotel brings to its grounds. To become the trusted presence those homeowners had been waiting for: reliable, refined, and genuinely proud of the work.

If you're still not satisfied after our return visit, you don't pay for that visit. No invoice. No awkward conversation. Confidence in our work means standing behind it completely.
This guarantee applies to service quality. Property damage is handled by Curbana's commercial general liability insurance.

Where we work.
Curbana currently serves Point Grey and the surrounding West Side of Vancouver. We keep our territory intentional because delivering the Curbana standard across too wide an area is how that standard slips.
